you usually dont here anything good about a phone company but here goes

i have this MCI neighborhood package where you get unlimited long distance & local service all for one price ($49.95) well i recently have been making phone calls to Canada and i thought Canada was included in my unlimited long distance package like some others are...well as it turned out it wasnt and i get my phone bill and it reads $465.00 to Canada plus a ton of tax! i was like whoooah and that was for only 6 hours of phone calls! well to make a long story short i called MCI and told them i didnt know about Canada not being included in my package and asked if there was any way i get can get a refund and if they can just charge me the discount 5 cents a minute rate well i got a call today from MCI saying they have givin me $572.00 credit! and charged the calls to my new 5 cent a minute discount rate...i thought that was very cool of them.. they really didnt have to but they did
