So you're an artist now, too? 
I like the symbolism of bleeding holes in the back, looking like two eyes crying blood - like the vampires in Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles.
Also, the blood saying that these aren't just tears, but symbolizing that someone stabbed you so deeply in the back that you're crying so deep inside your being that watery tears aren't strong enough to express the hurt. No, you're bleeding from the soul.

"Stabbed in the back" = betrayed. And not just once, but twice, you poor, suffering artist.
Have I mentioned I went to art school? I've got some of my own pieces framed on my wall. My art teacher said she could see madness in my drawings and she would like to see it more clearly expressed. She meant it as a compliment but I felt rather disturbed by that compliment...
