What to eat when you have no appetite?

I've been very ill and off work for most of the week -- doctor's orders. And, although my stomach has been growling and I feel physically hungry I don't want to eat anything.
Any suggestions?

I always eat tomato soup and goldfish crackers when I feel like that.
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

i think bland is good in those situations...bread, soup w/ crackers, stuff like that. maybe even a little bowl of rice w/ some frozen or fresh chopped up veggies and a bit of soy sauce? you get the idea...

My mother always eats saltines broken up into milk when she's sick and/or naseous and can't keep anything down. I've never developed a taste for it, but she swears by it.
