I got a big boo-boo I was at work today and something really retarted happened and now I have a big black shiner and a freaking concusion to top it off. I am such an idiot sometimes and now I look stupid  I didnt wanna go get it looked at but because it was at work and directly on my temple they required me to go. How pathetic did I feel when I had to explain to the doc what happened and now Im not allowed to sleep for the next 24 hrs without someone waking me up no longer than once an hour  | |

Ok...I'll confess...
I was working at one of the desks in the sales office and for some reason everyone brought me coffee today so I had 3 Tims cups on it and was trying to look busy while I was checking out some of the hockey players that were walking by the office... there are huge windows that overlook the back lobby entrance of the hotel...and of course being the "professional" that I am  ....I was pretending not to be looking and then one of the employees banged on the window that looks outside to wave at me...of course I jumped and I guess the mouse cord caught one of the cups and dumped the coffee on the desk. So Im trying to clean up the mess before it goes everywhere it shouldnt...and there is a shelf above the desk that is totaly useless...but anyway...Im going to move the monitor a bit to make sure no coffee seeped underneath it and I basically headbutted the corner of the shelf missing my eye but 1/4 of an inch and got it right by the temple...needless to say I was stunned and I got nauseous right away and wasnt sure what had just happened. The accountant happened to walk in just as it happened and freaked out so of course everyone comes running. So yeah Im a big clumsy dork but thank god none of them fine hockey players were witness to it lol...oh...I didnt mention...they hockey players were from teams in a corrections officers league...they were yummy!

Yeah its not fun...I think Im all good other than feeling like a total retard but as a procaution the doc wants to make sure its not a bad bump to the head...I tried explaining to him that being blonde there wasnt much I could damage...he didnt seem to go for it tho | |
