That's why people who perform squats can get bigger and firmer asses. Fat tissue is soft, muscle is firm. If you have a particularly soft ass it's mostly fat deposit causing that. It's not that funny anymore now is it?

Any healthy human being can have a toned body. Only things like size, proportion and symmetry are genetically determined. Reducing body fat has to do with your diet, exercise plan and determination. Some will lose weight easier than other. Some might have certain muscles that are naturally better developed, but that's about it.
