I'm really sorry to hear this  That is a terrible way for a dog to die.
We've owned a few beagles as well over the years (we have one now too actually). They're sensitive dogs, but from what our vets have mentioned to us, they are prone to behavioral problems as well. They're like little kids, no matter what age they are. Sometimes when they get fixated on something, it's really hard to get their attention and get them to listen to you. | |
