Where I live, there are so many ppl looking for work that the employers get overwhelmed by the hundreds of resumes they get. They cannot possibly interview everyone that sends in resumes. It is very frustrating!!!
The worst thing about this whole thing is that all of the jobs in my area pay so little & do not have any benefits but everyone is so desprite to take anything they can get.
