Annoying Popup Blocker In WXP Service Pack 2(Thumbsdown)

This might be a really stupid question but;

How do i turn off that annoying pop up blocker
featured in Windows XP , service pack 2 ?
I can't even watch videos on Yahoo pissed
I know how to enable popups when Windows is alerting , but don't know
how to turn it off , just when surfing internet


(cant edit the thumbsup apparently , can i ? biggrin boxed)

There must be option to turn it off...there's always an option.

From the menu bar at the top of your browser, choose Tools > Pop Up Blocker

From there you can turn it on or off, or change the settings.
