i was taking the kids to school this morning, a car two cars up from me was stuck on an uphill, wheels were spinning but couldnt move. so, i didnt even think about it, i just got out in the snow and started to push the car.... a woman came out to help me, but, NOT ONE MAN got out of their nice warm cars to help us !!!

we worked at it for a while, the car was damn heavy going up hill.. but FINALLY two guys from the OTHER side of the street (this is a big 4 lane street) got out and came to help now, both sides of the road were being held up what i want to know is... i have pushed a total of 4 cars out of trouble during this storm alone... what goes through a mans mind while hes sitting there watching two women (one in heels btw) try to push a car UP HILL ?????

i was so pissed when i got back in the car, i just looked at my son... he said, dont worry momma, i know better... when im older and stronger, i will get out and help instead of just driving by.


there needs to be some better men out there in the world !!!!!

That reminds me. I once had a flat tire, luckily while parked on a residential street and my girlfirend came out to help me fix it. I was just working on getting the lug nuts loose and 2 twenty-something men were slowly walkin by, talkin to each other. They looked at me as they walked on by and looked at each other kinda quiet and kept walking. After they passed me by about 20 feet they stopped, turned around and slowly came back and asked if I needed any help. I should have just said yes ( ) but instead I was completely honest and said, well, I know what I'm doing, but I've just had my nails done so if you want to do it for me, I'd be appreciative. They kinda laughed, declined and went about their way.
I wasn't joking.
But I managed not to mess up my nails!

when my little baby car broke down the other day on a garage forecourt not ONE person offered to help me at all

they were men who worked there though and i don't recall one woman coming onto the garage

men I had to wait for my dad to come and rescue me and he isn't like other men he is lovely
