I am a coffeeholic: Help Now

dont drink alcohol
I dont smoke

BUT

I drink coffee, and too much. Ive been drinking coffee since grade 4.

As of recent i drink close to 10 cups a day. I always have a coffee in my hand. i cannot go to class without a cup of coffee or i'll start shaking or get a headache. When i wake up in the morning i make a pot and drink like 3 cups. Then when i get home i make a whole pot of coffee and drink the whole thing sad

Once in class i had to leave because i was shaking and my pen flew out of my hand. it was unreal. my legs were shaking and everything. I ran to the closest coffee shop and gulped down a large coffee.

What should i do.

P.S i am drinking coffee now

Auch that sounds pretty bad. Try to drink only 1 cup of coffee every morning, and substitute the other two by a juicy orange. Oranges wake you up, are much healthier and taste better. And they don't get you all shaky, nor if you eat one, nor if you have to miss them.

(but I drink coffee too... not that much, 2 cups a day or something)

Just recently, filter coffee has been making me feel queasy. If I were a woman I'd be worried that I'm pregnant.
