I agree with ya 
100%, which is why i don't take part in those threadz either. I think it does have potential in screwin people up in da headz and yep I fink it's highschoolish. I have no problem tellin people they are beautiful, but within genuine context of tellin THEM and not meaning to exclude anyone else from such commentary! It's human nature to get caught up on these thingz and think 'but meee..what about meeee..but theeem what about theeeem' it becomez a neverending whirlpool which will only make ya feel like ur sinking. So, yeah i agree with ya,it's a bit of fluff. Good for just muckin around on perhapz. Dependz on da individual though  No hablo espanol,no!

And just as you said, it's nice having dedication threads, and it's nice complimenting others, but when it becomez a "competition" as such, it gives things a totally different dimension of context No hablo espanol,no!

I guess the answer to the question is...no there will not be an end to these threads. I don't think it should matter though. They've been around and will continue. It's sorta like a lil community round here and it sort of seems natural. Personally I try not to get into the appreciation threads (mostly). But many on this site like and care and appreciate and self affirm others here(lots of that...but that's ok...it part of what makes this site special )
