I swear i have to get out of Chicago!!! we got blasted with a foot of snow last night! and to top it off the winds are gonna gust to 40 miles per hour today!  (checking the newspaper for the temperature in Hawaii.....83!! and sunny!) All it took was the Blizzard of NYE 98/99 and then it froze over. It was so bad the Blue line got pushed off its tracks. I dunno, snow doesn't bother me. I think it's beautiful, even though I have to drive in it and I have to go out there pretty soon and clean off my car so I can take my son to his doctor's appt. It's one of very few things I have a positive attitude about. Spring will be here before ya know it.  | |

I just got done shoveling the 8+ inches we got in MPLS yesterday. That was A LOT to shovel. But, whatevs, it's winter. MPLS hadn't had a snowfall more than 1 inch yet this winter. So it finally looks like winter and I like it
