God, this seems so cheesy now, in hindsight. Was TV and Music really this bad?

I watched the Dynasty TV moive and LOVED every chessy minute!!!

Does anyone remember the classic episodes in the mid-80s when Blake had amnesia and thought he was still married to Alexis? She's always been madly in love with him,so she pretended that she was still his wife.It was great seeing these two "together" again,if only for a little while.


This is one show that they really need to put on DVD.Season One of 'Dallas' is already available,so where is 'Dynasty'?

Why did they have some young girl playing Linda Evans?? lol. When she was talking to Joan Collins, and exclaimed that she was 47, I almost spit up my Crown Royal I was laughing so hard...

No, It was quite good. It was a mockumentory about Dynasty and how it was made and what went on behind the scenes. It was mostly told from the pointof view from the Shapiro's who wrote the show.

It was ABC's biggest show thus far. I think there maybe a DVD of the series coming...this could peak interest in dynasty again.

I saw this about a month ago. How strange that it was shown over here first. It was the tv movie with Alice Krige playing Joan Collins, wasn't it?

I used to watch Dynasty as a kid and loved it. I'm mad that I missed watching this last night; I totally forgot it was on!!

I was hoping there'd be more of a focus on the cast. But it was fun.

No mention of Fallon starting as Pamela Sue Martin and morphing into Emma Samms!

There's a man in my hometown whom legally changed his name to Pamela Sue Martin. The story made the local paper.

He was a big fat trucker type. His house was a shrine to her.
