Why not? This is Thailand.  I sometimes have barbecued pork for breakfast. Thais eat any food any time of day, whenever they're hungry. I guess I've taken on some of their ways.
Healthy noodle soup too (not to everyones taste I bet) with noodles, liver, blood, kidneys, vegetables and various parts of pigs that are good for you but which I can't name.
