Binaural Recording

I had no idea this existed.

It's like stereo except that you record music using a plastic head. Yes. A Plastic head.



The plastic head has microphones in it's ears and it supposedly recreates the truest stereo sound possible.

I have one of thease I think its called oric or something but haven'tryed it yet but my version with head can also be switched over to use off the head as earphones

Tchad Blake is the pioneer of this technique.....


tchad produced (with Mitchell Froom) Susanne Vega's 99F and Los Lobo's Kiko.....

they have also worked with Elvis Costello, REM, Tracy Bonham and Cibo Matto..


but i love him because he produced Girlbros.
