It irritates the hell out of me when people tell me they're bored. Life is so short and there is so much to see and do ... how could anyone allow themselves to get to a state where they're bored. If you're bored, go do something useful or interesting. That's it. Problem solved. Bored is for people who have no choice, who can't get out and about, who are ill or dying. Bored is not for young people with their whole lives ahead of them. :endrant: 
Please note: This was a light hearted thread started at work late on a Friday afternoon. I don't know whay I feel the need to justify myself here, but..... Nah, screw it 
It was just a joke really.... no need to take it so serious!  No need to justify it to me ... I just wanted to make my views known, that's all, because we seem to have bored people springing up all over the place ... get out peeps ... live a little! ... It was just an old woman's rant and I did feel like I needed to get out my knitting and rocking chair as I typed it! ... but I had to type it all the same. | |
