Yes, I do, because even if the knowledge you acquire is not what you wished for you are then better equipped to handle whatever may come next, that is if you use the knowlege and do not ignore it, and what it means for you in the long run. nod

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

For the MOST part YES. Depends on the knowledge tho. If its for evil purposes, ur power is short lived. If its for good/helpful purposes its a protective shield. The more one knows the more he can handle lifes hardships. Knowing GOD and the BIBLE brings peace and love and guidance 2 our lives. However,the true and only power is GOD. We should NOT use any power we do have 4 hurtful, controlling, evil actions towards others. God made us equal. But we should NEVER stop learning. Knowledge prepares us 4 our walk in life, but man has misused his power and chao & disorder ensued. Only GOD can give that back 2 us.

Knowledge does not extens but restricts the ares of determinism.

And the influence of unexamined assumptions derived from technology leads quite unneccessarily to maximal determinism in human life Emancipation from that trap is the goal of all education.
