The Army did so much damage to me it is not funny! It is surprising how cleavage and a cute face can distract from your flaws!

I would never make it! My life is riddle with scandal! The first inquiry and I am through! There is this little episode in Seattle on a military base that I would like to stay under wraps if possible!

Perhaps something to help with losing weight or tone your body....Im interested in hearing some secrets and ideas....How long or often do you jog or ride bikes? Stuff like that if you do or have done it in the past. My training is a bit....um....unorthodox....It is certainly not for the average person....
I 800 sit ups every other day and 60 push ups (i'm a woman and don't want to be buff, just tone and feminine). I then do 20 minutes on the eliptical. Workout w/ 10 pound hand weights. Pilates . 10 minutes of jump rope and followed by 30-45 minutes of yoga. Yoga is also good for everyday.

It is very difficult for women to develop "big" muscles without steroids. Madonna was working-out like a mofo with weights in the early '90s and she looked great.

You ever looked at Tina Turner, Angela Basset. Certain women can become pretty buff just from working out, just like some men can get pretty buff just from working out, and others need steroids. There's a tribe in Nigeria called Ebo's and there born with muscles. I'm not taking any chances.

Depends on your definition of "buff", I guess.

Depends on your definition of "buff", I guess. Do you think Angela Basset is buff? or do you like the way she looks?

I lift weights on alternate days, and on the in-between days concentrate on my stomach and other areas. Fairly light stuff, just to keep me feeling toned. I'm pretty skinny really and I know I'll never eat enough to put on much muscle, but it feels good to be lean and in reasonable shape.
Most important things for me though, and which go hand in hand, are meditation and stretching. These I do every morning without fail. I don't mean the perfunctory minute of stretching you might do in gym class before you do the long jump, but rather a complete set of stretches all held for 1 minute minimum each. The benefit of this cannot be overstated. I also drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes almost every day without fail, and the detriment of doing this also cannot be overstated. Got to stop.

Well, I used to walk in the park with my mom during the spring/summer/fall months, but now that Daylight Savings Time has passed, it gets dark earlier, so I haven't been going as often. Plus with the weather getting colder, it's been difficult as well. I probably will join a local gym here just to keep going. I would like to go every day and alternate: walk one day and lift weights the next. If I keep working out, I will lose even more weight (I lost 5 pounds from walking without even trying!). RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I never go to the gym, but I own a bunch of exercise videos. I exercise regularly (6-7 days/week). Today, I did some Pilates, upper body strength training w/weights, and Tai Chi. I have to mix it up so I don't get bored.
I've been thinking about roller skating lately. (I love watching speed skaters skate.) It's gotta be a nice lower body workout.
