1) Go to Google

2) Type in: weapons of mass destruction (DON'T hit enter)

3) Hit the "I'm feeling lucky" button, NOT the "Google search"

4) Read the "error message" carefully. Someone at Google has a sense of
humor . . . and will probably be fired soon.

If I'm not mistaken, the "I'm feeling lucky" result is based on the most commonly visited site that matches the search term. Google has nothing to do with it intentionally.
Not that anyone was saying it did.
