Race?

Do we have to add this subject to the dinner table list of what not to discuss in polite company. Why do certain subjects have to be poo-pooed, or frowned upon, just because they generate passionate debate? For me heated discussions, no matter how heated, will generally leave people at little bit wiser to another person’s opinion, no matter how small.

This has got to be good, surely?

When I post or start a thread, I never think.. now I am white, who is gonna read this shit..??

I just post what I think.. it comes sad when one cant post or have their opinion and say cos it upsets someone, who may read too much into it.

and yeah heated discussions are great.. they keep flowing and if people actually read what the other is saying, you can actually get their understanding or way of thinking without flaming..
