I'm terrible when it comes to food, If I dont like the look of it, it stays on the plate.

How would you feel about your food looking at you and breathing while you were eating it?

I was watching this program this weekend that showed a restaraunt in China that served live fish. They take the fish out of the water gut it, place it in batter, deep fry it (everything but the head) and pour sauce over it, then serve it while the fish is still gasping for air!! ill

the customer wants to be sure that the fish is fresh

disbelief Fresh? Well,I guess that would be in my list of requirements if I was ordering fish. However "dead" and "cooked" would be right up at the top of the list

Sorta agree ....if they're that paranoid about their fish being fresh they

should catch it and cook it themselves....Then see if they can eat it while it

still moves...(it is probably dead though) nod

Pretty resilient fish, if it can survive all that and still be gasping for air.

Imagine that, "hey, I got thru being dragged out the water, gutted, battered and fried, what's the worst that could happen to me now?.....Oh sh.....it!!!"

I was thiking the same, but this all happens within 1 mintue. lol the customer wants to be sure that the fish is fresh. I thought it was pretty barbaric, too. They showed the damn thing on the plate with it's mouth still moving while this family was digging in. disbelief

i feel sorry for that lower case 'm', sitting there all by itself at the beginning of the sentence. cry

did you have to do that? couldn't you have just capitalised it so that it could be friends with the other big letters? sad
