A shower for a couple of reasons: a quick fresh-up, meditation (sitting with closed eyes under a hot shower is my trick), or sex
A bath suits me better to relax, read a book or sumthing (yes I know it's kinda hard reading in the shower ) and when I'm coping with my migraine-attacks.

I take showers when I'm on a time schedule. I can bathe for hours.
