Being weak and tired What can I do? I've just come back to Thailand and been here about 2 weeks. Every day I feel so tired and lethargic and my wife complained yesterday that she's fed up with it.
She wants a husband who's strong, but I find myself wanting to sleep all the time and nodding off well before 10pm when we kick back and watch TV. There are some things in my life that I'm not happy with - smoking, not exercising much, drinking a little too much alcohol, but generally my diet is very good. I drink a lot of white and green tea, take vitamins and spirulina, and drink a lot of water. I'm wrestling with the smoking. Any tips people can give I would definitely appreciate. I seem to have lost my self-discipline. I remember days when I used to wake up every morning and do stretches, meditate and on alternate days do a light work out before having breakfast. Those days seems a long way away now. The most I seem to be able to manage before breakfast now is the odd fart or two. What can I do to liven myself up, to get some energy and feel good again? | |
