and it was a week after i told my office manager that i would try to control my temper and be nicer to people who act like assholes. It's not that i don't want to be nicer, it's just that it's in my personality to tell assholes to go fuck themselves. I can;t stand it when people yell at me for no reason or for making a simple mistake. i'm not saying that this old lady deserved to be yelled at but she really did need to be told where to go after being such a bitch to me on the phone. i don;t care how old you are, there's a proper way to talk to people and she really wasn't doing it. grrr..


i still feel bad though.
