I think it's time you sat down and talked to the little critters. Explain that the flowers are of personal significance and that, if they would be so kind, they might leave your flowers alone.
Seriously, move them all onto one plant. Remove the other plants to another pot/location. Enjoy plants/flowers AND caterpillars. IMHO they are prettier than the flowers Other thing to remember is they will be butterflies soon, they could be ratehr spectacular and if they like that flower they will return to lay eggs so you might always have triple beauty.
