one bit me on the hip in high school. I thought it was just a bug bite that was irritated, since it was on the waistline where my jeans would be. It wasn't the most toxic spider, because it wasn't as big a reaction as what the pictures show, but it was painful, and to this day underneath the scar (tiny) there is a "dent".
