i have, in the space of one and a half hours,managed to consume 2500 calories and 62.0 grams of fat by eating a whole box of sugar shortbread,my reason for this? i had a shitty day, my central heating broke down and is going to cost a lot of money to fix, and i have a spot on my chin that has been with me for over a month now!!please tell me i'm not mental,please tell me u guys have done the same thing under similar circumstances, i feel so alone and isolated with this crisis!

most of us have one of those days from time 2 time, just not many r brave enuff 2 admit it...

the spot is stressing me out more than the heating problem!!! and yes i'll clean ure house if u pay me,it's one way of getting the biscuits away from my gob i suppose!

I am a comfort eater too. I sumtimes realise I am depressed when I am surrounded by emtpy bags of blue M&M bags, empty chocolate bar wraps and empty crisp bags.

Don't beat yourself up over the calories...sometimes it helps to indulge in comfort foods. Take a nice long walk tonight or something and burn off some of the calories. That will make you feel better all around.

What really helps take the redness out of pimples and make them noticeably smaller is putting either a paste made up of water and crunched up aspirin on the spot (uncoated aspirin. just the cheap kind work great!) or toothpaste on the spot overnight. It really helps! I hope it helps you, too.

Hang in there and I hope things get better for you soon!

i've heard of the toothpaste thing before but never tried it,i'm going to tonite,and i'm going to get up early in the morning and walk to my local shop for a paper and some catfood(not for me for the cats!)
