I find peace and comfort in thinking..just thinking, a lot of times about nothing at all..and a lot of times about the same things (the repetition of the thought-process brings me peace...OCD?? maybe ).
I meditate most days, just to find a clarity in my mind and a peace in my soul..even if its just for 5 minutes. The serenity of the area in which I live, especially at night, when everyone else has gone to bed, is what brings those moments of self-awareness that I so desperately need sometimes. That is why I love thee. I love to clean house in this state of mind... although I love to clean while listening to the right music that relates with my current moment. Extremely therapeutic for me. Beautiful day you. ~Hugs soon, my dear friend. and to you...I hope you are well ((knowing you are))

with woodworking i don't have time to dwell on my problems because i have to think about my cut list and what tools work best for the day. a table saw can cut all the stress away. its excercise and therapy making things with your hands. and when your done you can sit back and enjoy the piece of furniture you made. Absolutely beautiful... what kind of furniture do you make? i didn't think anybody was interested in woodworking here mostly i make tables and chairs and cabinets. i've made a few things for my kids. my favorite is a table and chair set i made for my son. he's a fan of dragonballz and his favorite charactor is vegeta. got his dragonballz playing card enlarged (kinkos is too high) and put the photo on top of the table and covered with plastic so it's easy to clean. also gave him a compartment on the table for his crayons and stuff. it's really fulfilling when you see the finished product. i'm still learning. next i'm making my oldest son a bed for his room. only 60 bucks for lumber compared to buyiny a bed.
