Try The Wicker Man. A horror fantasy classic that plays on what we've always feared about people living on remote islands. There's a terrific twist at the end and has fine performances from it's leads Christopher Lee and Edward Woodward. Atmospheric and unforgettable.

It's All About Love. came out last year I think. jouhiaquiahuquin phoenix and claire danes. she's a famous ice skater. possibly polish. he's a writer (maybe). either polish or recovering from mild stroke. they've been separated and he stops in to get her to sign divorce papers. she cries a bit. then it all goes a bit strange and even a little sci-fi. WTF??? very very weird, but actually quite moving at the end.
