Ok for as long as I can remember there seems to always be someone out to get me.....I mean not kill me (well maybe I don't know) but if I do something a hobby, or something with sports or at work or even the org, there seems to be someone out to get me....Always somebody who wants to fight me or take me down or try to embarass me. At my old job these 2 guys used to hate me cause before I got there they were the only 2 guys in a dept of women and lost the attention they recieved when I got there....Not cause im fine or anything but because I was fresh meat so they hated me and talked shit (behind my back of course)

At the gym where I play hoop same thing.....Im one of the best players there so there is this 6'9 guy who I always tear up but he dominates when Im not there....so lately he has been trying to pick a fight by fouling me really hard when he can actually catch me (he is slow) But in B-ball people picking fights aint nothing new....He is mad cause he feels like I disrespected him by blocking his shot then running down and dunking it (shit that happens all the time in B-ball) and people started cheering and talking shit to him about it and now he has it out for me....

But the point of this is.....is there some part of me or my personality that makes people feel like this? I mean you guys read my posts and some of you know me personally....Im a pretty much just a nice guy....not cocky or arrogant or am I? Is there something foul about my personality that I can't see that makes people react this way? I mean this isnt the first time that kind of stuff has happend.....It happens A LOT Im just curious do you see something I dont?

Dude, I don't even know you personally but IMO just you pondering the question tells me you're not arrogant or cocky. It's very cool of you to observe the phenomenon & not instantly chalk it up to "fuck them!" or "they're jealous" or whatever, but really wanna know why the shit is happening.

I've had times when I've run into old friends or co-workers who I've always been nothing but nice to. I'm nice & enthusiastic when I see them but not only are they dry, they're downright dismissive - it's pretty odd. Then I'd worry myself wondering why they'd react to me like that & a friend told me something that stuck w/ me: "Sometimes, muufuckas are just high & trippin'!" Me not partaking in that stuff myself forgot about that factor. And other times people are just swimming in their own shit & (unfortunately) taking it out on you

I dunno, I just always try to blow it out of my mind whenever I have strange vibes from folks for no good reason. Try not to take it personally - everybody's got their issues to get over. You may represent some unresolved issue for these guys (and notice, it's all guys - that's a big clue). It ain't you... get dat dirt off ya shoulder & dunk on that fool!

That used to happen to me, too.

But unfortunately, I kept lettin it get to me and kept thinkin that I was the problem until I realized that THEY were the ones with the problems.

I'm saying, people who usually do that shit is not only jealous, but too punked to act mature and deal with those feelings rationally, which also reflects insecurities of their own flaws. So, they take those feelings out on the one person who seems to stand out, or who seems to be "competition" for them. So no, it's not necessarily you, and by what I've seen here, you don't come off as cocky or anything of that nature. I really enjoy your posts But as I was saying, that's the way it is with people. It's shitty, but that's the way it always is.

I used to be a vindictive person (sometimes I still am). When people picked fights with me, I'd give 'em what they want and then some. When people would play pranks or just start shit, I'd give 'em hell (you better believe it ) But I soon learned that meekness is always a good weapon. Next time someone gives ya hell, kill 'em with kindness. Even if it sometimes kills ya, lol! Eventually, you'll get the respect you deserve. Besides bein' evil, that's all you can do anyway!
