The late Freddy Mercury - I just found this one out recently!

RIP Freddie pray

...Freddie was from an island called Zanzibar which is one of the "Spice Islands" off the west coast of Africa. His family had to leave the island along with many others when it was occupied while he was a young boy - he went to school in India and later the family all moved to England wink

That's always been his biggest criticism, playing major match winning innings in finals when it matters the most.

Anyways still, it all good coz how many people do you know that can do one-handed press-ups..... COMPLETELY off the ground..... whilst holding a CRICKET BAT!!! hmph!

He's the man! thumbs up!

No she doesn't, other than a few words. She only lived there for a very short period when young and never learnt the language. My father in law knows how to speak it though.

I'm not sure how to approach him to get him to teach me Singhalese words for picking up chicks though. hmmm
