I'M IN THE ULTIMATE MOOD 4...... Mmmmm Philadelphia Cheese Steak. I just went out for lunch and couldn't decide on what I wanted to eat because I was hanging for a cheese steak, but of course, they're not made here in Oz. I miss Pats down South Street Philadelphia and Steves Cheese Steaks. Ahh the life and times of living in PA. Any fellow Pennsylvanians & cheese steak fans in the house?

Hooked on a taste can be fierce.
Last night I so wanted PFChang's tofu lettuce wraps... although my friends and I ended up eating dinner elsewhere... I can't get lettuce wraps off my mind. Nothing will do... until I devour some tofu lettuce wraps from PFChangs... nothing I say. Good Luck achieveing your Philly cheese steak, I have no clue to how it is prepared... coming from a Vegetarian. However I can relate with the desire to obtain a craving... , girl can I. ~Beautiful day... well, it's a beautiful night here. Nite.

I also love my home made dolmades, which I stuff with rice, light vegie mince and wrap in cabbage leafs or vine leafs. I was an organic vegetarian for years, but eventually slid back into including dairy and meats in my diet again. Cheese steaks are very easily prepared but I have to go out of my way to go to a Butcher and have him slice the meat down and with preparation & all etc. Very time consuming!

I know what U mean but my days are 14 hours long so this is one girl that can honestly say there is no time for chasing ingredients for food. I eat to live not live to eat..... starkitty said: HELLLS YEAHHH!

Never had any food from South Street but plenty of drinks at Fat Tuesdays. And many an Irish Car Bomb at the local bars in NE Philly.
