it looks like neo when he's dodging bullets in the matrix, and i'ts slo-mo too, you kinda bend all the way back at the knees and wind around

someone show me how to do this:

Step, step, drag, ¼ turning coaster, hip walks with attitude.
1,2 Step L to L side (1), take large step to R with R, dragging L towards R (2). (6 oclock)
3&4 Turning ¼ to L (anticlockwise) step L foot back (3), step R next to L (&), step L forward (4). (3 oclock)
5&6 Step R forward leading with the hip (or bumping hip forward) (5), bump L hip back (&),
bump R hip forward again, this time taking weight (6).(3 oclock)
7&8 Step L forward leading with the hip (or bumping hip forward) (5), bump R hip back (&),
