yes...the Grant Morrison/Doom Patrol years were some of the wildest comics ever produced...and I loved every moment of it...
Flex Mentallo is a highly underrated mini-series...especially now considering that both Grant and Frank Quitely (pen name? = quite frankly...hmmm) teamed up again on The New X-Men not too long ago...

I never said that The New X-Men was any good...it is a Marvel comic after all...
just simply stating the fact that Morrison and Quitely reteamed on that book

Sorry, gotta disagree. I thought Morrison did some fantastic work on that book, and really breathed new life (no pun intended) into the X-Men. I particularly liked his take on Jean/Phoenix. Sure its no Invisibles, but what is??

New X-Men: feeling ill ill barf

Thought it rocked! To each his own

Kid Eternity; Sebastian 0; Batman: Arkham Asylum and JLA: bored

Thought his JLA was fantastic. I pretty much agree with the rest

Doom Patrol; Batman: Gothic; The Invisibles; Fantastic Four: 1234 and Marvel Boy: nod

Totally agree, with the exception of FF1234: bored The second volume of The Invisibles was some of the best stuff I've ever read.
Animal Man: thumbs up! / drooling

Well, duh!!! wink

That's because it was drawn by Phil Jimenez, right? He's a great artist. biggrin
What a pity he never did get to draw the X-Men. shake

Thank God we've got Chris Claremont and Alan Davis now, though. drooling
