me, i have a jaccuzzi tub, its seen many tears in my short time here my grandfather passed away a few days ago, and i cant seem to get out of this sad feeling. i know he wouldnt want me to be sad, but, i just cant seem to help it.. any ideas on how to feel better ? thanks in advance

hmm. funny faces is a good one. so is singing and dancing. i sometimes put on some crazy loud music and sing and dance around the room. always makes me feel better.

I'm a big fan of drinking heavily.

I just do the things I normally like to do. . .go for walks, take baths, drink good coffee, browse bookstores, sleep, listen to music. . .but try to do them in a way that makes me feel spoiled. Today, for example, I felt in need of a mental health day, so I called in sick to work, went to a part of the city that I enjoy walking through but don't often get to, stopped for a really amazing double espresso and some fresh-squeezed orange juice, wandered around with my iPod and checked out some bookstores and galleries, came home and took a nap. . .now I'm orging, gonna go do some Pilates and spend a few minutes in the sauna. . .will probably take a bath with my most froofy rose-scented bubble bath before bed. . .just sort of simple decadence, if that makes sense.

Will that make a person feel better about a lost loved one? I really doubt it.

I watch Spirited Away. It makes me cry @ the end!!
