I also have one copy of the "Diamonds And Pearls" hologram cover CD autographed by Levi Seacer Jr., Tommy Barbarella, Michael B., Tony M., and Damon D, on their booklet individual picture. It was signed at Paris Virgin Megastore on July 10th 1992, when we visited the city for the final shows of the "Diamonds And Pearls World Tour". That evening the NPG was doing a signing session at the Virgin Megastore in the Champs Elysees. I already had the album but i had to buy another copy in order to get in line. It's never been played and case, booklet and CD are in mint condition.
