It's 2 videos of one concert performed on the Lovesexy Tour. Filmed at Westfalenhalle, Dortmund, Germany on 9th September 1988. It's only 1 concert, not 2 - the show was in 2 parts with a 20 minute intermission in between, and the video was split to reflect that. The tapes are labeled incorrectly - part 1 is actually part 2 and vice versa.
The show was also broadcast around Europe - I can't remember if it was a live simulcast or not, though.
