I am looking for the same thing, 2004 performances on Video or DVD,
The Grammy's, The Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, Ellen Degeneress, The Today Show. I am also looking for the appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show. And others, but these for now :
