I got an extra copy of the "Musicology" promo CD-Single (SAMPCS 14034 1). The CD-single artwork is similar to the retail version, except that it contains all the promo info on the inlay cover, release dates and even a reproduction of the album cover. Contains the album track and it's a picture disc.

On Saturday I went 2 a record and CD Fair in Southampton and I brought an Euro Promo copy of Musicology, which the stall holder said was very rare!! It comes in a jewel case with just a plain cardboard cover and Prince Musicology on it!!

No, it's not. Mine comes in a regular slim jewel case as the ones which are usually used for CD-singles in Europe. With an inlay whose artwork is similar to the retail release and the CD is a picture disc.

I've never heard of a cardboard cover coming in a jewel case for a promo, I mean, looks like the stall holder cased it that way. Promo CD's are usually either cardboard or jewel case, not both.
