DAYS OF WILD (promo CD) This CD isn't 4 sale but I wanted 2 know if anyone can tell me how much it's worth and if it's rare?
I was told it's from Japan but it looks like a US promo to me. It's a picture disc in a slimline case and never came with a cover or anything. Here is a picture of the disc: The tracklisting is: 01. Letitgo (edit) 02. Space (edit) 03. Interactive (edit) 04. Acknowledge Me (edit) 05. Dolphin 06. The Most Beautiful Girl In The World 07. Lovesign [with Nona Gaye] (edit) 08. Get Wild (edit) 09. Eye Hate U 10. Gold 11. Dinner With Delores 12. Betcha By Golly Wow! 13. The Holy River (edit) 14. Somebody's Somebody (edit) 15. Come On (promo version) 16. The One 17. The Greatest Romance Ever Sold (edit) 18. Baby Knows 19. Last December (edit) Most of the versions on the CD are edited differently. Most notably COME ON which has a weird kind of rhythmic slap-back intro which I haven't heard elsewhere. Cool compilation tho!!!!! http://www.twitter.com/ellectrika

Cool compilation tho!!!!! No expert in bootlegs... but this looks very much like one. It has tracks which were released by Warner (1-5, 9-11), some which were released by Warners and Edel/Bellmark (6, 8). Love Sign has only been (promo) released by Edel (apart from the US NPG promo release). Then there are tracks released by EMI (12-14) and BMG (15-18). And with Last December there's even a release through Redline. After all: too complex to get the legal issues cleared. The DPRO number hints to an US-EMI promo release... but I think they won't combine it with a combination of letters ("WILD"). If no-one else posts the answer... what is the number/writing within the center of the CD (the matrix)? Wolf

Now it's even more certain it's boot. Sorry to say! At least you should find the cat. no. here. And some identification where (which manufacturing plant) the disc was made which usually depends on the label it's done for. So for European EMI releases for example it's mostly EMI SWINDON or EMI UDEN - the first would've been made in the UK and the latter in The Netherlands. But just cryptic numbers with no reference to the release ID... that's highly doubtful. Even if it's a non regular disc like The Undertaker or some pre-manufacturing test copies without cat.no. you'll find enscriptions like UNDERTAKER or PRINCE EDIT V or something like that. Wolf
