Paisley Park merchandise orders

Did anyone else order items when Prince & the Revolution Live streamed on YouTube? I ordered a whole bunch of face masks, a couple shirts and a few other things. That was mid-May. I got an email last month about delays due to COVID, then a couple other emails about face masks selling out and something wrong with the shirt I ordered. Those emails both said I would recieve an email with confirmation of shipping by early July. I have heard NOTHING since and when I got to the site, I have problems logging into my account. Password was changed, but I don't remember changing the password. requested an email to reset password, and I haven't gotten an email from them to do so. The emails coming from them are from MusicToday, which has no reply address. I'm just frustrated and want what I paid for. Anyone else have issue or heard anything more? I live near Chanhassen, so it should be an easy delivery. Heck, I'd drive to Paisley and pick it up if they let me.

Hearing people tell horror stories about the estate merch store is why I haven't ordered the museum books yet. Smh.

I assume you're talking about having ordered stuff from the official estate website prince.com?

If so, then no, I haven't ordered form it myself. However, there's no excuse for them delaying for so long, if they don't have the stock and can't get more for the foreseeable due to covid then they should be cancelling your order and processing a refund. Sounds like they've been taking lessons from Ryanair on how to fuck with their customers.

I have some suggestions for you, perhaps only one or two of which are practical:

1. re your password reset request - reset requests are automated so an email should be automatically sent pretty much directly after you request the reset. Have you checked your spam folder, it could have gone in there.

2. Seeing as you live near Chanhassen, go to Paisley, I would think there's bound to be someone there, so shout your socially distanced complaint at them, tell them to get their heads out of their arses, and give you your stuff.

3. As above, but if there's nobody there, break in and remove items to the value of your order.

4. Do a chargeback on your credit card. Don't tell them you're planning to or they can stop it - if they're as disorganised as they sound they won't even know about the chargeback until after you've done it and got your money back.

5. Ignore 2, you're not a thief, but it sounds like they are.

Lemmy, Bowie, Prince, Leonard. RIP.

This is what they have on their website.

Will COVID-19 impact my order?

Some customers may experience shipping delays as we are taking extra precautions in our fulfillment center to ensure our teams remain safe. Our fulfillment team is working 7 days a week, and we will ship your order as quickly as possible.

Our carriers are also experiencing delays due to high volume which may add additional transit time for domestic orders.

Shipments to destinations outside the US are expected to be delayed by 2-3 weeks due to transportation issues outside of our control. There are several European countries the USPS decided to service via ocean versus air due to a lack of flights. These countries will experience up to 4 weeks of delay (6 total weeks of transit time). These countries are listed below:
Austria
Denmark
Hungary
Poland
Sweden
Czech Republic
Finland
Netherlands
Spain
Switzerland (Geneva and Zurich)

Additionally, on advice of our shipping partners we are not accepting orders for the following countries on a temporary basis. Carriers are not accepting packages destined for these countries at this time.

To be fair, the Estate did say they wanted to be true to Prince. I guess that means repeated failed orders, lack of reasonable international shipping and general promises that never come true.
