I am an experienced ebay seller. Do not take any communication off ebay or your seller protection (which is almost non-existent anyway) will be void. This is a fishing expedition, either for your personal info, your item or both. If you get any emails saying they paid, it could easily be a spoof. Log into ebay AND paypal and check. NEVER ship w/o the money in your PP account saying OK to ship.

This is the last place to be asking this question as well. Go to ebay Community Selling Discussion and ask there if you have any further problems. You can orgnote me, but that is where you should be posting this issue. Good Luck!
