Shipping delays official prince website

Hi people,

Reaching out to see if anyone has been experiencing major shipping delays with merchandise from the official prince website. I placed an order for a cloud guitar in September and it has not been shipped. They emailed in November saying it was delayed and wouldn't be here by Christmas but there is still no word on delivery. I am emailing every week for updates but getting a generic reply saying there is a delay with no updates on when we can expect to receive them.

Is anyone else experiencing this or have they received theirs since Xmas?

WOW...that's incredible.
May I ask which version(s) U 2 ordered? (CD or LP)

I truly hope U both get your copies very soon.

I have the CD version but I would REALLY love 2 own the LP Edition someday.

I looked again today, dreaming of the day I can actually order it. I can't believe it is once again "Sold Out" on the "Official" website.

I did receive my 'I Feel For You' single last week. They packaged it with great care, which I sincerely appreciate. Thank U, 2 whoever deserve's the credit.

I just got mine. I'm hoping the Estate gets a better handle on their shop. I want them to be successful and I want to support them, but I will never order another CD from them again.

OMG people! My order has been shipped and the tracking number shows it is on route!
I am excited however until this package arrives in my hands I am still cautiously excited.

Here's hoping everyone else gets lucky and they can receive the magic email titled "Shipped" very soon too.

I am very interested in knowing how it was packaged compared 2 Amazons packaging "geniuses" :dunce:

I truly don't understand who thinks it's a good idea to place a large, collectible multiple CD boxset, into a thin plastic bubble mailer that is 4x larger than the item itself wacky

It seems the same "brain power" drooling is used 4 shipping LP's as well confuse hmmm disbelief
