It's on sale at Discogs for a fixed price, but you can make offers of course. I know, the price is steep, but I was quite surprised myself to find that the last one went for EUR 333.00 (UKP 299.00).

My copy is like new. Never read it (shame on me). Neither I opened it (apart from the photo shoot). That's why you barely can open it without that it keeps closing again. No stains, no creases, no kinks. Immaculate, really.

If I remember it right, it cost about EUR 100.00 (is that right?). Anyway, it wasn't cheap, and it's worth its money with the meticulous listing of recordings and sessions.

As I said, I don’t know for sure. Haven‘t been a member of Uptown. I guess I ordered it from Madhouse.
