...for the low, low price of $199. What the fuck?! Y'all get that email this morning? There's one thing in paying a price to buy directly from a brand (opposed to a look-alike), and then there's price gouging. Thoughts? Is this excessive, or am I just a miser and don't know it?

Actually, the $199 price tag isn't out of line (I think). The jersey is the kind of mesh they make hockey jerseys out of, but the stripes are tricot. That means the body of the shirt is either a) pieced individually or b) that a "border print" was created out of the two different fabrics prior to cutting. Either way, there is extra work involved in producing the shirt, itself - to say nothing of the printing on it.

The product description doesn't say whether the logos are printed or appliqué. Regardless, they still have to be placed individually. More work, more cost.

BTW - the size chart is misleading. The chest measurement on this chart is the width of the shirt laid down. So for the actual chest measurement - double that.

Also, if you kept your 20% off an order of $100 email from the other day, you can get the jersey for $159. Just sayin'.

Paisley Park is selling a cheaper $120 version now too. Not as good of quality as the other one.
