Factory-sealed Black Album vinyl for sale ! (Mods--If this post somehow violates the rules, please accept my apologies and delete. Also, I did not see a thread elsewhere when I looked, so I'm sorry if its a duplicate. I am not the one who found these copies, nor am I benefitting/profiting in any way from this sale...I posted this simply for informational purposes.)

At the end of the text it reads:
" The 1994 Release Prince finally agreed to let Warners release The Black Album as a strictly limited edition on cd and cassette only, available only from November 1994 through January 1995. It was released with a different catalog number, 1-45793, and wasn’t commercially released on vinyl. "
But, I have a vinyl copy. Not colored, but black. I bought it new on cd & vinyl at the same store in Germany within that time frame. Are they only speaking of the U.S. release? "Whatever skin we're in

All things considered, $15-$20k doesn't feel like enough for something of such historical significance. Double Peace

I agree. The last one is going up for auction next month. Will be curious to see what he gets for it. Dr. Fonta
