Unbelievable, I always regretted not having bought the Jill Jones CD back in 1987...It's over now as I found it sealed & in very mint condition (How can it be by the way after 30 years?) for 36 €!!! Is it fare?

That's a good deal! The only thing I'd say is that I don't recollect CDs being factory sealed back then unless they were in longboxes, so the seller might have sealed it themselves - but it's pretty irrelevant seeing as it's in perfect condition!
