Not everyone on StubHub is a scalper. I am selling a ticket on StubHub and I am not a scalper! It's an extra ticket I can't use. I am selling it for the same $150 I paid for it on TicketMaster. It cost an additional $30.06 in fees. If the ticket sells, I will not be making any money on the transaction since they take a commission on every sale. So yeah, I will be losing money on this ticket. | |

You cannot stop people from selling their property. At this point there is a legal case right now to let people sell their tickets right in front of venues as it seems it is okay for Stub Hub to resell and not the avereage Joe. | |

It looks like a lot of those tickets didn't sell so they're still out there at reduced prices. I'm still not sure how so many got on stub hub right away, but such a shame if it was something like Wild season ticket holders who didn't want these tickets to begin with.
