Well I hope she puts the money to good use and gets something nice for herself or her family rather than having a memento of an ex boss she has no sentimentality over laying in a cupboard gathering dust. Who ever brought it cannot do anything with it. The songs are all copyrighted. I would hope that it is going to go in their private collection and they are not stupid enough to think they can actually do something commercial with the songs. | |

Seems they didn't know what they were selling as the estimate was $1000, also the platinum and gold discs were listed incorrectly as Sign of the Times, I emailed them to check as I was bidding and they corrected it. They did well with the prices, have the prices gone up now Prince has passed, not more chances to get signatures? most well above the esitmates, some of the signed prices were crazy, I guess they were unique with shopping lists etc compared ti the usual signed photo/album, I have a signed Purple Rain Album signed by Prince and the Revolution, no idea what that is worth now.

The doll got withdrawn, I took that as a joke, I'm sure Prince was a hard taskmaster, so seemed a funny leaving present to me from staff, abit tasteless selling it so close to his passing, I think if he was still alive people would see the funny side of it.
