I made one of these for a Prince Halloween party back in 1994. You can buy the plastic gold chains at a fabric or craft store. The hat can be found at pretty much any hat store. | |

A few years earlier I was at a Cost Plus World Market and I found/bought a bunch of unisex symbol jewelry in different sizes. I used the largest one I had which was approximately 3.5"-4" tall. If I was going to make the symbol that you want, I would buy a small piece of thin sheet metal (but not too thin), draw the outline of the symbol, use some sheet metal scissors to cut it out, then use a metal file to smooth out the edges and corners. You can probably get everything at Home Depot or Lowes. | |
